The following will help you to set up Outlook 2010 e-mail client to work with your e-mail account. |

Step 1. In Outlook Express 2010, click File then select Info from the dropdown menu. Click Account Settings. |
|
| |
 |
| |
|
Step 2. In the Email tab, click New. |
| |
 |
| |
|
|
Step 3. Select Email Account radio option and complete the following information: |
|
| |
| |
(a) Your Name : The name you wish displayed when people recieve your emails.
|
| |
(b) E-mail Address : Your full email address ( username@yourdomain.com) |
| |
(c) Password : The password used for this email account.
|
| |
(d) Re-type password : The password used for this email account. |
| |
| |
Select Manually configure server settings or additional server types then click Next. |
| |
 |
| |
 |
Step 4. Select the Internet Email radio option and click Next. |
| |
 |
| |
 |
Step 5. Complete the Settings information: |
| |
| |
(a) Your Name : The name you wish displayed when people recieve your emails. |
| |
(b) E-mail Address : Your full email address ( username@yourdomain.com) |
| |
(c) Account Type : Select POP3. |
| |
(d) Incoming mail server : mail.yourdomain.com |
| |
(e) Outgoing mail server : mail.yourdomain.com ( If does not work, please contact with ISP to get their own SMTP ) |
| |
(f) Username : Your full email address is required ( username@yourdomain.com )
|
| |
(g) Password : The password used for this email account. |
| |
 |
| |
 |
Step 6. Click More Settings button located in the bottom right corner. Select the Outgoing Server tab. |
| |
 |
| |
 |
Step 7. Select the Advanced tab and follow the settings below. Click OK. |
| |
 |
| |
 |
Step 8. Click Next and then Finish. |
